Meet Alex

Bright Brief was founded by Alex Oxborough, a Chartered Marketer (CIM), NCTJ-qualified journalist and founder of Bowerful, a small garden goods ecommerce business built from the ground up.

After more than 15 years in the tech industry in senior growth and digital marketing roles, Alex started her own business and experienced first-hand the realities of juggling marketing alongside everything else that comes with running a small business.

As AI began transforming the way marketing works, she wanted to understand what was changing, what was genuinely useful and what it meant for small businesses.

Today, Alex combines friendly, hands-on workshops with practical follow-on support, helping small businesses build confidence with AI and put it to work in ways that make a real difference.
